Bollywood Fusion Belly dance or BellyWood is an interesting unification of Bollywood dance and belly dance.

Bollywood dance refers to Indian film dance that takes inspiration from various dance forms including traditional folk dance, Indian classical (for instance, Kathak and Bharatnatyam), belly dance, Western popular, jazz and disco.

This dance form increases flexibility of the upper body and strengthens the spine and helps strengthen the back and stomac

These classes are fun classes that will make you rejoice on some exciting Indian party, festival and wedding songs, while at the same time learning the technicalities of belly dance and Bollywood.

Student will learn Technique and Bellywood Choreography on one of the very sensual Bollywood song.

This module consist of 4 classes 1 hour each on every Friday

Time :  7.30 – 8.30 pm

During this course, students will learn belly dance steps, walks and chest movements, a few variations and amalgamations, Bollywood hand movements and footwork, and choreography.

You can wear yoga or exercise clothings that isn’t too restrictive. We dance in bare feet or with socks! Try something that lets your teacher see how your body is moving, so he or she can correct your form.

If you wish to wear some thin soled shoes that’s fine. If you have belly hip scarf for round your hips, that can be useful too.

•  All of our courses aren’t refundable* but transferrable if agreed in advance.
• If you are bringing your own lunch please know that no animal products are allowed in the studio (only dairy). Ethical policy of Yoga Studio.
• Also please note below Covid-19 related guidance:Don’t leave your house if you or anyone in your house is having Covid-19 symptoms. Get in touch if this is case and we can arrange transfer of this class you will be missing.🙏Please follow social distancing inside and outside of the venue.
