Bollywood Dance fitness is a fusion of Indian cultural Bollywood music that creates a dynamic, exciting, and based on the principle that a workout should be “FUN AND EASY TO DO.” The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.
The dances are a fusion of traditional and classical Indian dance, with the influence of some jazz and modern technique. Timing, Rhythm, energy and sharp controlled expressive movements are the ingredients to becoming a Bollywood dancer! This lively form of dance encourages the movement of all parts of the body giving it a good workout.
Please note:
- All of our courses aren’t refundable* but transferrable if agreed in advance.
- If you are bringing your own food please know that no animal products are allowed in the studio (only dairy). Ethical policy of Yoga Studio.
- Also please note below Covid-19 related guidance:
- Don’t leave your house if you or anyone in your house is having Covid-19 symptoms. Get in touch if this is case and we can arrange transfer of this class you will be missing.🙏
- Please follow social distancing inside and outside of the venue
- Please wash your hands regularly and also use sanitiser available at entrance of space
- Also please bring your face coverings and use it appropriately.
