Music and dance are great stress relievers, and can help to boost your confidence. You’ll also pick up some fantastic new moves you can show off on the dance floor!
Depending on the intensity of the class, it can also be a great way to get your blood pumping and keep your heart healthy.
To lift up your mood and provide you complete retreat, this workshop comes with combination of our Yoga practice.
For some of sessions you will be doing combination of Belly Dance inspired Muscle exercises to Body tone and at same time to help you build body core for Belly dance isolations – Example Working on Upper Body, Abs, Lower Body workout, arms movement and some drills.
And for some of sessions we will be doing the fun filled Zumba choreographies inspired by belly dance, Bollywood or even Modern music.
The whole workshop is suitable for beginners to advanced level. Fun is guaranteed.
You can bring your own yoga mat or use the one available at the venue, wear your dancing shoes and join us for this exciting Sweaty Thursday Series.
