What this course has to offer?

We are pleased to bring this Belly Dance Day to cover the our Arabic Pop Bellydance choreography

If you looking to learn, dance and enjoy our Belly Dance Arabic Pop Choreography course, this is the best and joyful 4 hours long workshop to join. Lunch between (1-2 pm)

Arabic pop is mainly produced and originated in Cairo, Egypt; with Beirut, Lebanon, as a secondary center.  The primary style is a genre that synthetically combines pop melodies with elements of different Arabic regional styles.

Saturday Module Booster covers

  • Warm up Bellydance Zumba routine.
  • Technique and Bellydance Choreography on one of Arabic Pop Bellydance song.
  • Story behind the song and expressions and movements
  • Practice with other Module students and be part of our Yearly On-stage performance
  • You can bring your own lunch or join in nearby cafe restaurant (1-2 pm)
  • At end of workshop you get the link to video recording of the first half of choreography for your home practice.
  • If you want to get deep into yourself and let your body and soul dance sensually, this is just the right workshop for you
  • Suitable for Beginners and Intermediate Levels!!

How this course will benefit you:

This course will not only work up a sweat but will also give you a strong base in muscle isolation and technique. You will learn the basics and put them to practice in choreography that assists in muscle memory and technique.

You will discover muscles you never knew you had, and train them in the way giving you a brilliant mind-body connection.

What you can wear in class?

You can wear yoga or exercise clothings that isn’t too restrictive. We dance in bare feet or with socks! Try something that lets your teacher see how your body is moving, so he or she can correct your form.

If you wish to wear some thin soled shoes that’s fine. If you have belly hip scarf for round your hips, that can be useful too or you can use one available in studio.

Please note:

  •  All of our courses aren’t refundable* but transferrable if agreed in advance.
  • If you are bringing your own food please know that no animal products are allowed in the studio (only dairy). Ethical policy of Yoga Studio.

Also please note below Covid-19 related guidance:

  • Don’t leave your house if you or anyone in your house is having Covid-19 symptoms. Get in touch if this is case and we can arrange transfer of this class you will be missing.🙏
  • Please follow social distancing inside and outside of the venue
  • Please wash your hands regularly and also use sanitiser available at entrance of space
  • Also please bring your face coverings and use it appropriately.
